Institutions using the Canada LOA to issue and verify Letters of Acceptance remain the sole owners of their data. The aggregate data is owned by Languages Canada, a national non-profit governed by elected leaders from the international education sector and accountable to its membership across the country. Aggregate data is used for the advancement of international education and shared as needed with system users, partners, and governments.
